Thank you for that ! It would make CK's sandbox games more like creating a real story with significant events and not only following the daily life of a Cyber Knight among many.

Except for the bug (I don't know if it has been corrected or not) in MnB that allowed you to have 4 runners/allies at the same time because of an "add-runner event", there is no way to have more than 3 team mates at the same time. (The in-game reason for that is that a Cyber Knight is supposed to be in hiding all the time because of the constant danger of heat ; having an army is not safe at all because it draws too much attention. A team of 4, including the Cyber Knight, is already dangerous enough.)

I also thought about more "operation-like" missions, as the one featured in MnB, where a team of precise member types would be needed (like a hacker, as it already exist) if your Cyber Knight is not one already. Each faction could have one, to achieve their ladder and gain their biggest reward for example. But I don't believe this to be urgent though ; every faction needs a ladder system first.

I'm a bit late but this also happened to me yesterday. I was trying to assassinate a KH target for the Yakuzas and my two runners and I got completely wasted by KH security drones right on spot... I know, Yakuza's connectors are still V1 ans I'm obviously looking for trouble going on KH turf to kill a bloke, but after I woke up in some back alley's trash, I still had time to go back to see the elder and explain him that I had to cancel my contract. I made sense out of this situation but in the NBZ, with its high level of surveillance, I think he knew this was a failure before I even woke up. Thanks for already having taken notice of it and making the game more and more perfect everyday !

I precised in my first post that it was indeed a battle screen background, I'm deeply sorry I that was not clear ! I thought they were faction related !

Aye, that's why I added screenshots in my post. For the Los V background in Fennian territory, it happened in the Old Waterfront sector. Not sure if it helps but I just realized that I forgot to mention that too.

It is right that core-related missions for "newborn" character happens to me a lot. Oo Thanks for the information, I thought that was "normal" and, worse, that I was supposed to be able to do these jobs.

So, I have been roaming a bit in the south sectors and I have "found" ( yeah, that was sooooo difficult... ) what I believe to be graphic glitches ; the orange containers. First, the duplicated doors. Strange. And there, the lonely doors. Container doors have a real problem in the NBZ, they seem to be missing the containers themselves. Once again, I'm not sure this is a glitch but, you have got to admit, that is quite f*cked up. I also had a magnificent LOS V battle background... while hunting down Fennians in Fennian territory. Los V are more and more impudent these days.

Or be in terrible trouble, if they are ready to hire a cyber knight for such a price just to cross the street.

Thank you for your answer ! As Grävling asked, what about other kind of weapons ? Clubs, brown gloves, etc. ? Are their damages equation-based too ?

Hi everyone, I usually tend to ask directly to Cory on Twitter but, as I have not found anything about this on the forum and some other people seems to be interested, I will post my question here : I am very interested in the whole game mechanics (as tabletop rpg conceptor), I believe I understand quite well CK's but there is a combat rule I still do not understand ; how are HP and MP damage calculated when a character gets hurt in battle ?I have understood that non-lethal weaponry (like stun gloves) deals more MP than HP damage (and even sometimes no HP damage at all) and lethal weaponry (like most fireams) more HP than MP damage (which is normal ; a bullet generally stuns less than a punch but kills easier), but HOW are damage values calculated ? Is there a formula, like "3 firearm damages = 2HP + 1MP", is it random or are the HP/MP values directly coded in the weapon statistics (and if so, why are not they displayed in the weapon data) ? I do not understand and if someone does, I would be very thankful to him to explain. (Sorry if my English sucks a bit ; I'm French and although I study very hard, I still make a lot of mistakes.)
