Once this is revised, Thulun will have no objection whatsoever. This is an optional Research proposal, and should be presented to CdrPlatypus as soon as possible. Thulun thanks the honorable delegate johndramey for his hard work on this proposal.

Ah, honorable resistor, thank you very much for pointing out my oversight. I shall simply revise the proposal as such:

1) Space Colonization 3
2) Starship Construction 3
3) Space Colonization 4
4) Starship Construction 4
5) Planetary Construction 6
6) Fleet Operations 1
7) Faction Diplomacy 1
8) Reactors 1
9) Planetary Construction 7
10) Starship Construction 5

With the revised aims of:
a) gaining access to Trade Alliance technology
b) moving towards Advanced Manufacturing and the technologies it unlocks (orbital habitats, advanced factories, treaties combating solar war)
c) being able to leapfrog to Advanced Mining next cycle.

I shall consider these goals and this proposal as acceptable, as per En1gma's words, and prepare a proposal for the main chambers. I recommend House Thulun do the same regarding support of the research proposal and your own expansion plans.
