This next one I'm not sure it belongs in this thread, but it is dialog related.
Platinum Peaks completion dialog
The dialog progresses as if only one of the Seer Lords has been defeated, even if two have already been defeated.
Vincent says something like:
"We've already defeated Wrasp."
when he could/should say something like:
"We've already defeated Wrasp and [the second Seer Lord's name]."
OR
"We've already defeated two of the Seer Lords."
