Cory Trese , fallen So far it's like "Why the heck did that just happen?". I was wondering if there is a keyboard command to close all help bubbles currently displayed on screen. I'll collect as much detailed info as I can and report back. Thanks

I don't know if this has already been reported. When playing on Steam v4.1.39. Help bubbles will appear randomly. Sometimes they will follow my mouse cursor all over the screen changing to a different talent name as it moves. I can get rid of it by exiting the game then going back in. In the first screen capture you see it happening during the first time the party gets ambushed by Orcin while searching for Koda's son. Very happy all the buffs and character positions remained the same when I re-entered the game. Am I missing something?

These tables r really awesome, I check 'em every couple weeks. Thanks! Thank You For the last 2 years I've been able to update them within a couple of days of a new version. If you see a really old version number that means nothing has changed recently. I also perform routine audits of all the tables to make sure nothing got missed, then update the version number. A big thank you to fallen and Cory Trese for their encouragement and helping to reverse my rectal cranial inversion when I'm just plain lost.

John Robinson - it is directly in line with all other Melee AoE. Only Fyona's Reckoning is significantly cheaper. If you Boost-In, I would highly suggest raising your INT a bit. Also, consider getting SP Drain, as that can help immensely. If you are using Storm of Steel, try combining a 1 AP Light Blade and a 2 AP 1-H Sword to reduce the overall number of attacks. Okey Dokey, The level(10) for Kincaid, Tamilin and Selen was my real focus. Great advice thank you P.F.K.E (Organization known as: Peoples Front for Kincaid Enhancements) (can't blame a guy for trying Haha..)

Please reduce the SP cost of Kincaid's, Storm of Steel talent. On Boost-in level 17 Kincaid starts with SP(208). I would love to try this out but it is just too expensive at effective levels, so I will not be able to use it. Along time ago some folks reported it was overpowered. I think since then HoS has evolved allot especially in the monster department. S-Parry(4) +2 Doge, +2 Parry, Auto Block 2 hits. 3+Lore turns. If I see 2 flashes S-Parry has ended. It's likely I'll put allot of points in Lore to keep Cunning Footwork running at higher SP costs. That's why I hoped the dodge/parry effects would last in S-Parry. Ok have I got my mind right? Flash 1 For the next combat round he loses his Dodge/Parry bonus after that it's back on. Flash 2 S-Parry has ended regardless of how many lore rounds remain. CdrPlatypus, fallen, Cory Trese Thanks for the help, Kincaid is currently my main area of research, so there are some more strange questions coming.

Thanks fallen . I doubted myself because Deadly Intuition(Req lvl 6+) and Silent Stalker (Req lvl 12+) are not being displayed when Tamilin is in a Boost-in team. Can it be added back?

I think I may have communicated poorly, what I meant is that Tamilin does not start with a level in Torrent of Steel. Maybe this is not what the chart is communicating? You have it in the table under starting attributes and talents. You can add points into it as soon as you level, there is no required level that I know of. I don't think you communicated poorly, I think I listened poorly HaHa. What's that old saying? There is a reason we have one mouth and two ears, I better get out the q-tips and clean them again. I think you may be right. The in-game display level has really got me confused, I can't tell if there is a prereq level. I put allot more info in the bug report. Thanks for helping

Perhaps once you reach the appropriate level, the requirement text disappears, as it is no longer needed/relevant? En1gma Yeah I think that is probably what is happening. You are right; So here we are sitting at boost in @leve(17) is the preq info really relevant? If your boosting you've been around the block a few times, and they are listed in the talent tables, but thought I'd pass on the info about the other prereq displays to fallen to make sure. matrim I didn't even think of it as a constructive criticism just good old fashioned team work. I'm glad you brought it up otherwise I would never have noticed the text missing on the other preq talents. I accidentally put your name in the bug report, it was a sloppy copy paste, hope you didn't think I was throwing you under the bus. I'm running a boost in team now so the table will probably get a little tune up, I can already see how to make it more readable. I think you were absolutely right about Torrent of Steel: I created a non-boosted team and there is no level associated with it, it is also grayed out. I don't know what the hell I'm talking about. I haven't played Tamilin for over a year, so I'm hoping fallen will straighten me out. Anyway Here is how I think it works. I started a regular non-boosted group on Steam, skipped the intro and this screen capture was taken inside the first guard room. To my understanding every character starts the game with one or two empowered attacks. The very first shot you fire can be an aimed shot(1) she doesn't have to level to use it. Talents you can't use are grayed out Torrent of Steel is grayed out. But without the display I have no idea what prerequisite is required. So I think you may be right.

Kincaid has made it to S-Parry(4) +2 Doge, +2 Parry, Auto Block 2 hits. 3+Lore turns.
The answer is probably pretty obvious, but I would like to be sure.
1. During combat he will sometimes flash. Does that mean I need to count how many hits have occurred or does it mean the auto block has ended because he took 2 hits?
2. S-Parry lasts 3+Lore turns does this means he is still getting the +2 Dodge, +2 Parry benefits even if auto block has ended?

matrim let me know T-Steel has a required level but I don't see it displayed when adding talent points to a Boost-in team. So I looked a little deeper. (v4.1.39) Normally: Deadly Intuition displays a (Req lvl 6+) that is not being displayed in Boost in. Silent Stalker displays (Req lvl 12+) and this req level is also missing missing in the Talent description. Torrent of Steel is missing a (Req lvl) Ranged Onslaught (Req lvl 18+) does display correctly.

Awesome table and some great work. I like this one especially because of all the Tamilin parties I am making. One minor note is that you have Tamilin starting with T-Steel, though I wish it were the case, she, in fact, does not start with it. Thanks for the compliment, glad you are using it. Good catch on T-Steel, there is something missing I would never have noticed. I was puzzled about why I could add points to it in a boost in. When a required level is not displayed for a talent, like Blacknight I always assumed you could add talent points to it from level 1 on. Normally: Deadly Intuition displays a (Req lvl 6+) that is not being displayed in Boost in Silent Stalker displays (Req lvl 12+) and this req level is also missing missing on a Boost in team. Torrent of Steel is missing a (Req lvl) Ranged Onslaught (Req lvl 18+) does display correctly. I'll ask to it put back in. In the mean time, T-Steel is also blank for boost in. If you let me know what level is required I'll add it, that way I don't have to start a non-boost team to find out. Thanks

[Thrown, bows, secondary -- nothing. When you are Dual Wielding, you are not able to focus all of your Strength behind the hit. You are moving quickly and coordinating two weapons. fallen The Combat Mechanics thread makes so much more sense to me now. I can really visualize the characters in action. I'm assuming shields don't effect the Str bonus? Thanks for all the extra detail on the dice rolls. Another day of fun!
